  1. Senior GTM Manager, Public Services2023–2025

    • Led the global go-to-market for SAP's Public Cloud for Public Sector and grew it from $3M to over $6M in one year
    • Built new markets from the ground up in Australia, Japan, EMEA and the US
    • Scoped pricing, data security and certification for the launch in EMEA and APJ
    • Partner masterclasses in Canada, Australia and the UK tripled the pipeline, with 97% average satisfaction

  2. Director, Postal Services2021–2023

    • Advised C-level leaders at 67 postal companies around the world on IT and strategy
    • Oversaw $100M+ in annual revenue and reached 130% of target against a 15% growth goal
    • Created “Jumanji for S/4HANA”, a roadmap that became the blueprint for every major postal transformation I advised on
    • Spoke at the UPU World Leaders Forum 2022 in Frankfurt and at many SAP events

  3. Solution Management Specialist, Public Services2020–2021

    • Selected for SAP's Early Talent Acceleration Program, shadowing senior leaders
    • Ran the reference program: 11 customer stories with Swiss Post, the European Parliament and others
